LET BE, LET GO, LET FLOW

If you have ever sat outside somewhere and just observed how nature operates, there is a rhythm that takes place, a flow that is in constant motion. Everything that is created operates in a flow. Your life has a flow to it, sometimes the flow is smooth and continuous, and sometimes the flow is jagged, and rigid. If you can picture a river in the mountains, the smooth areas are serene and calming, and the rigid areas are loud, and chaotic. These are the moments and times in your life when things are going smooth and nice, we are confident and happy, and times when we are confused, hurt, and pressured and our next steps are unsure.

How do you manage the moments in your life? How do treat others in times of chaos? Do you treat them the same as when you are confident, and peaceful? How do you accept the good moments in your life? Do you celebrate them? Do you allow yourself the gratification? We have to be able to maneuver ourselves through the good and the bad times. We have to get in the flow. God says that in order for us to do this we must keep his words close to our hearts. That we must see his word, keep our focus on him. That his word is the source of life, and is healing to our soul. That we must guard our hearts with vigilance because from our heart flows springs of life. Your life source comes from your heart. So if God is in your heart he provides life through your heart and into others. But...only if you are in the flow. You have to get into the flow. His flow. That means being in his flow when it is rocky, and calm.

We let be what we cannot control. We must let it be, leave it alone. We must not concentrate on controlling everything in our life. This is God's job, to handle the things in our life we are not able to. Our job is to receive what God has promised us, which is peace, hope, mercy. love, salvation, never leaving us behind, comfort, and help. What is it in your life that you can do in the meantime, while you're waiting for what you believe in, what you want, the opportunities you are looking for. That your heart is so desperately desiring.

Next, we must let go, just let it go. Things that come at you like offenses, looks, tests, tension, our past, our mistakes, our losses. They all try to throw us off our space. We have to let it go. When we let it go, we are actually blocking the blow they are intended to cause. We are creating a defense around our spirit, our mind, and our hearts. It is a protection for us. When we catch what is thrown at us it weighs us down. We are not meant to catch and carry those things but let them go. We can acknowledge them but ultimately, we must let them go. We can put these things into practice when we are taking a breather. Practice. Breathe in, then let it be, breathe out, let it go, breathe in, let it be, breath out let it go. Do this as many times necessary for you to relax, and gain your strength, this will enable you to tackle whatever you need to do. You are drawing close to yourself, and God in your spirit.

Finally, let it flow, catch the flow, let it flow. Do not fight it. You cannot control what is in store for you for the day but... you can go with it and do what you can the best way you know how. This is a learning opportunity, to grow and get better. Just go with it, move where you need to move, jump where you need to jump, laugh when you need to, cry when you need to. Flow, flow, flow. Say what you need to, act when you need to, be silent when you need to. Stop resisting and just do. Just do, just be, just... flow. Flow in the moment. Manage your moments. Maximize your moments. Breathe in, let go, Breath in, let be, Breath in, just flow.

"If you aren't doing what you know in your heart you want to do, you are not going with the flow. Your reactions, emotions, desires, and talents are all part of the flow of life, ignoring them is passive resistance. Let yourself Go." -V. Tugaleva

God put it on my heart to show you and tell you what he has to me. I am so grateful that I am even worthy and able to hear him, have the opportunity to share this with you. My heart overflows with joy, and thankfulness. I am at such peace I never thought possible for the chronic anxiety that I so often feel as customary. This life is so simple yet so complex. Do not be frustrated, just be. I love you. God loves you. God is our healer. He is healing us, past present, and future.
