Psalm 54

Save me, O God, by Your name. And vindicate me by Your [wondrous] power. Hear my prayer, O God. Listen to the words of my mouth.
No matter what life throws at me, God has always been there. As he has been there, He has always acted. In the being there, He vindicates me, he saves me. He keeps my life steady; He keeps my mind saine, He keeps my soul pure, He keeps my heart open. He protects me, guides me. He gives me rest, He is my safety, he is my justice, He is everything.
He hears you, turn to him and cry out to him. He hears your needs, wants, and concerns before you can even utter them out of your mouth. Ready to give you your heart's desire, ready to save you, ready to draw you in! When my life is tested, challenged, falling apart, ravished with pain, gripped with stress and tension. Threatened. God is there. God is the one who pulls me away, God is the one who makes it work out, God is the one who orders the path. Failure is not a word in his vocabulary. He always prevails. When I think about all that He has done in my life and how many times I have come out of trouble, I am overcome by gratefulness. Deep heartfelt gratefulness. He has done it all before and He will continue to do it. He will finish what He has started in me.
For strangers have risen against me, and violent men have sought my life; They have not set God before them. Selah. Behold, God is my helper and ally; The Lord is the sustainer of my soul [my upholder].
Since before I was born until now the enemy seeks my life, your life, to snuff out, and put out the light that is placed in you, the proof that you are sealed and come from God. The very testimony and evidence to the enemy that their destruction is real, that Gods word never fails. Nothing can pull you from the hands of God, nothing can separate you from him. He sustains your soul because he made it! He carved it from himself!
Nothing can separate you. Nothing.
He will pay back the evil to my enemies; In Your faithfulness destroy them. With a freewill offering I will sacrifice to You; I will give thanks and praise Your name, O Lord, for it is good. For He has rescued me from every trouble, and my eye has looked with satisfaction (triumph) on my enemies.
My abilities, capabilities, intelligence, eagerness, wonder, vigor, wisdom, and so much more I owe to him. Who I am is because of who He is. I am that I am. Through the emotions, through the pain, through the fear, through the anxiety, through the hopelessness, through the grief, through everything that arises within me, I trust that he knows what is best for me. I trust that he knows what will happen. I trust that he will tend to me, oh how much he loves me. Just like my child reaches up at me for aid and relief crying and screaming, I reach to him for relief, crying and weeping. Giving thanks to him at all times sets me stable through all the seasons. It proves just how much you trust him.
Praise him and give him glory, do you think all God wants are sacrifices— empty rituals just for show? He wants you to listen to him! Plain listening is the thing, not staging a lavish religious production. Not doing what God tells you is far worse than fooling around in the occult. Getting self-important around God is far worse than making deals with your dead ancestors. Because you said No to God’s command, he says No to your kingship. (MSG)
Give him thanks, give him a grateful heart! Amen! Be blessed!
